Had one today from Amtrak: Hi, I'm Jeannie - Let's see if we can help you schedule your train...

After one choice, something completely other than what I was looking for, I said,"Fuck You!"
Jeannie said," I'm sorry, I didn't understand that answer...." I laughed so hard I had to hang up.

2. 0 just seemed to reset the whole thing - I would have liked to speak
