I stopped dieting a month ago. I've been on Atlantic Sea Kelp pills and have maintained my
weight loss for the whole month. Years ago read somewhere that kelp is good for increasing metabolism. Recently I read that Japanese people all have an enzyme from seaweed in their gut...and of course they are notoriously in shape. So far so good. Ask me anything!

2. If you haven't discovered dulse, you need to try it. Damn is it addictive.
Despite having a distinctly salty taste, it is really low in sodium. I think it is a trick on the salt receptors in the tongue caused by all of the OTHER minerals in dulse. It is a nutrient power house.

You can get it and a lot of other sea vegetables from Maine Seacoast Vegetables https://www.seaveg.com/shop/ and there is also a lot of information about nutrition of the various products.

4. As a kid in Maine I was taught to chew dulse like gum.
Takes a while to break it down, LOL.
