2. My rough definition is...
that it is the privileging of a particular aspect of one's identity - race, gender, creed, pizza choices, etc. - before all other aspects of politics. You view the political sphere through the hue of this particular identity.

We all view the world through how we interpret reality. Some are just a bit more free-form and loose with their interpretations.
