just finished watching the whole series. got it as an xmas gift. I tried to watch it while I was entering stuff into a db and scanning books but I had to watch it for reals.

HERE BE SPOILERS- tho, years after the fact... at what point is there spoiler amnesty?

I LOVED Bunny and Hamsterdam. I WISH some cop would do that.

the hottest man on that show was surely Stringer Bell, tho McNulty was easy on the libido too. but Stringer... his smarts put Jimmy out of the race.

Whiting, the exec ed at the newspaper... he just oooozed smarm.

But the interconnectedness, the way that personal interests trump public ones, the way that things remain as they are because no one with the power has the will...

I kind of had Michael pegged as a new Omar - but was so sad to see Dukie going the way of his family, even without them.

I now I know why there's a DU-er name Tommy Carcetti!
