7. There's Silknog
but I don't buy Silk brand anymore because of their practices against small organic farms.

I made something tasting like it, though: a soy-milk white Russian with nutmeg :9

10. I just play by ear, nose and eyes
:P

I pour about an ounce of Kahlua over ice to chill it a bit, then soy milk over that. I have read other recipes that use vodka, so I might try that tonight, at a ratio of 2:1 (vodka to Kahlua.) Dust some nutmeg on top, stir if you like.

Here, I took pics and made it with vodka this time :9

Ice and glass

Vodka and Kahlua

White Russian Nog!

11. Make sure you get an organic brand
otherwise it's probably GMO. Something like 80% of the soy grown in the US and Canada is GMO. Which pisses me off royally. I love soynog. All the flavor, none of the heartburn. LOL :hi:

13. I just checked and the brand I'm using is organic.
It's some off-brand I don't remember. I also like rice- and almond-milk, too :)
I haven't tried those in this recipe yet. It might be good to use the So Delicious Coconut Milk brand, too :9
