MTV's Spring Break will be broadcast all week...
So if you want a good look at all the future George Dubya's of America--frat boys licking the whipped cream off of the breasts of sorority girls--now's the opportune time to watch.

Something tells me MTV won't be showing the impoverished workers who are living beyond the beaches of "resorts" like Cancun. You know, it might put a damper on the festivities.

There's something Dionysian about the whole thing--I just can't describe it effectively.

4. I think it's possible...
To oppose both the repressive FCC (Powell, in particular) and the subculture that is being celebrated on all of these Spring Bring programs.

2. Also
There are future Max Cleland's of America, missing arms and legs, having been blown off in the war in Iraq. Someday they can look forward to having their patriotism attacked by the likes of these folks who sat in their frat houses cheering on a war that they themselves were too chicken to fight.

3. I find it hard to believe--when I watch that--that I was once that age...
...for those of you past a certain age it seems like you were a completely different person.

Anyway, no MTV back then for me, so our disgusting thrills were not taped and shown to the world to emulate.
