Dumb Facebook Questions

So I finally took the plunge and signed up for Facebook. I'm still trying to make sense of it. Got some dumb questions for you Facebook pros:


I'm not clear on what exactly people see when they access my account. Do they only see my "wall"? Or my profile as well? Or do only designated friends see the wall, but anyone can see the profile?

The wall consists of stuff that I upload (photos, quotes, etc.), as well as anything my friends post - correct?

If a "friend" should write something inappropriate on my wall, can I delete it?

Does anything I post, also show up on friends' walls?

What do you do about people you've never heard of or barely know who send you friend requests? Just ignore? Or sign up as many people as possible for networking purposes, whether you know them or not?

And, anyone know how to add eBay listings to one's Facebook wall? Supposedly it can be done, but I can't find the instructions to do it.

...Do they only see my "wall"? Or my profile as well?... Friends can see your wall and profile. You can change privacy settings to prevent those who aren't your friends from seeing your profile.
