1. Playing devil's advocate for a moment here

and completely ignorant of any real facts, but:

perhaps they are on one of those mobile or-otherwise-extremely-limited type devices and cannot see the graphic for the button, and there's no good "alt" tag info available?

Or maybe some other sort of accessibility issue (on amazon's end) - some people "view" sites using helper devices that translate pages, etc.

Just a thought.

2. Perhaps... but on amazon.com, it's usually readable...

never used mobile devices, but the internet is more about identity theft and trolling for information, such as e-mail addresses. (I don't put mine on my website, not in a directly readable form by a web crawler... )

Still, for something over $1000, I would expect something not written by somebody whose grammatical depth suggests he still watches "Barney and Friends".
