Time again for the yearly DU NFL smackdown thread - go ahead and insult away
Rules:

#1 You may insult other folks who post in this thread. I mean seriously, if you're that much of a stupid jackass to be a Cowboys fan, shouldn't everyone else in this thread be aware of this situation?

#2 If you're gonna cry, go away. Your tears only shame you in say "I have no balls"

#3 The mods can't help you in this thread - they're probably here badmouthing your football posts anyways

#4 There are limits - live on the edge. In fact stand there - right at the edge so I can kick your bony ass off of it.

Bill Belichick can coach circles around any other head coach in the NFL and it's not like anybody really cares what Tom Brady thinks as long as he keeps making amazing plays.

We all kind of figured out that Brady was an idiot after he managed to get two women pregnant and have a pregnancy scare with a third woman within a six month period.

God.

48. I don't talk smack about other teams.
What's the point?

No matter how great your team is, or has been, they're going to suck in the future.

If you've watched football for over forty years you realize that these things are cyclical, and payback's a bitch.

I think it's OK to hate a team and their fans, it's just not OK to call them (for example the Philadelphia Eagles) a bunch of foul smelling, brain-damaged sister fuckers.

69. Babe Ruth was the king of strike outs and home runs
And so it is with Farve when it comes to interceptions and touchdowns.

We will give you one interception after he throws three TD's. The Bears will be toast.

That's why they play the games.

Check back with me in November.

77. Yeah and when Babe Ruth was sent to play for the Braves he was over the hill and not good anymore.
He hit .181 in his final season. Don't expect great things from Favre, he's already done his stuff.

87. Sure you're not referring to Hank Aaron?
I don't think Atlanta had a team when the babe played ball.

90. I'm sure. Atlanta had no team, but Boston had more than one.

86. Ahhh, Mr. Urlacher
I'm only sorry we could not tempt him out to Seattle during his recent contract unpleasantness.

Then again, we drafted Aaron Curry, best overall player in the draft, and he brings the nasty.

Seahawks will have their chance at Mr. FaVre November 22nd; his tears mean NOTHING here.

85. You're forgetting the Steve Hutchinson Hex
The Vikings will never go to the post-season as long as that waste of human skin plays for your team.

Believe.

Poison pill, my ass.

62. I would like to say that the Panthers are going
to kick major ass this year. But I just looked at their schedule. So never mind.

75. IF IF IF the defense can step up...
They are going to put plenty of points on the board; hopefully, the secondary won't get torched quite as often as it did last year.

66. Football. Meh.
I'd rather smoke a bowl and listen to the Beatles than watch football.

I can multitask. Here comes the NCAA! By the way, October, Big Ten, tailgating with good friends from college 30 years ago, autumn colors, fresh air, a rivalry game - go ahead and sit indoors. I will be there for you, like it or not. Go Green!

79. I also love to mute the TV, turn up the stereo, and watch FB.
The announcers rarely add much to it. Good music is better background noise.

91. All I'm going to say is this:
As long as everyone on the first team stays healthy, all will fear the Packers.

That first team defense was nothing short if impressive this preseason. They pulled off more picks than Peter Piper.
