Has anyone here used Rosetta Stone to learn a language?
Did you like it? Did it work?

I've always wanted to learn another language fluently. I know a little French from high school. I was thinking perhaps French to build on my already shaky foundation or possibly Italian. Norwegian? Danish? I'm just in the mood.

1. I started using it to learn German last month.
It's fun and effective. I haven't gotten very far with it yet, but you do learn fairly quickly. There's a site called livemocha.com that is essentially the same thing. It's free too.
