Why do people respond to online newspaper polls with the answer "Not Sure"?
It doesn't make sense to me.

for a count of people who are still undecided on an issue, which can be an important number.

4. Thanks hippywife - I guess, based on the first 2 responses
that people like to respond even if they're not sure - hadn't really thought of it that way. :-) And I could see why the poll designer prefers to allow some nuance in the results.
