1. It's not really coming back.

The new voices will have to be special to make people forget 4 years plus 4 direct-to-DVD specials of the voices that kept the show going.

The lead actors wanted $75k per episode and FOX said "no".

It must be a lot of work for them to want that much money to continue doing it.
