1. Okay, I'll shoot--
Why do some people hurt other people for pleasure or personal gain, while others are unwilling or practically unable to do so? Do you see the evolution of humanity as proceeding along the lines of the former or the latter?

4. It's all about love.
People usually hurt others to protect themselves from perceived danger.

The evolution of humanity is to hurt each other less... or at least make better excuses for hurting each other.

2. I went to the laundromat for two hours. My question is. . .
Do you want to edit "bord" to "bored?" If you do, I will be back.

7. I promised to be back. OK, here it is. . .
Two pronged question: As a Dean supporter, will you support Kerry? And, do you think it ever made a difference whether Dean, Kerry, Edwards, et al in terms of this GOP gang doing anything to steal the election? Bonus questions: How is your state looking about the election, and is it spring yet down there? (I am in Michigan. Are the crocuses in bloom?)

14. Two pronged answer:
As a Dean supporter, will you support Kerry?

Yes. I am suspicious of Kerry's loyalty to the working-class of America, but I am 150% ABB all the way.

do you think it ever made a difference whether Dean, Kerry, Edwards, et al in terms of this GOP gang doing anything to steal the election?

I'm not sure. If the '04 election is stolen I would trust Dean to fight back a lot harder than Kerry.

I have already informed my current employers that I may need the week of November 7th off. What I haven't told them, is that if the election is stolen I'm planning to spend the next few years in jail. (Non-violence all the way.)

I will not abandon this country to those bastards! I pray that, if the election is stolen, Kerry will have the balls to fight back along with the folks who will be taking to the streets to support him.

If Bush wins fair-and-square, I'll be pissed and probably spend the week in a depressed and drunken stupor. As much as I despise Bush, the will of the people is paramount.

How is your state looking about the election,

I have heard that NC may back a DEMOCRAT for the GE this year. The out-sourcing has gutted the middle-class out here in the mountains. It's not as bad as SC, but it's pretty bad.

and is it spring yet down there? (I am in Michigan. Are the crocuses in bloom?

It's getting ready to! :D I give it another week or so. I am soooo ready for the Spring.

21. Thanks! Great answers, but no Bush "fair and square"
His pandering to the Right is not "fair and square;" his unlimited and endless fundraising is not "fair and square." If he "wins," it is not "fair and square." Still, like you, I am ready for Spring. And that's enough, for now. Thanks. We are on the same page, and I wish you a lovely Sunday.

9. I rewarded myself with some junk food.
A Taco Bell "Mexican Pizza", a soft Taco, nachos and a 12-gallon drum of Pepsi.

11. Sweet
I love Tacos but not really from Taco Bell. My man makes good ones.
I just had a BLT with fries. We ordered out at work.

Another question: What are your plans for tonight?

16. I plan to spend the night promising myself that:
I will improve my social life so I won't have to spend Saturday night alone in front of the computer.

I should have found a date for tonight. My house is sparkling clean and I have no one to show it off to. :(

18. Go get yourself a date
It's still early to go out and about. Bars are open till 2 at least where I live. Don't know age (not asking either) so don't know if you're a bar person. Call a friend and go the movies.
I really want to see you go out and have some fun.

20. Have you EVER picked up someone at a bar
and then wanted to continue to know them the next day?

I haven't. I hate going to bars alone.

I can't get a hold of my friends tonight. They are either married with kids or out of town tonight.

Nice suggestions tho. Maybe I'll but on some music and dance around my clean-house with the curtains open. That should be fun.

15. Tonight, whip out the screwdriver
and remove the power-supply from the computer. That will get them to pay attention to the mess around them.

and only return it once the house was clean. That would get them cracking.

12. Hey brainshrub...
I empathize with the boredom. Here it is, the 21st century, and I wasted an absolutely gorgeous day (hey, this is March in Canada) defrosting my fridge!

Can't stick around, so I won't ask a question that I can't read the answer to!

Hope your evening is better, LOL!
