Speaking of derby . . . I'll be an NSO for the two days. I think a team from CT is skating there.

The next three weeks, starting with the 13th, are all derby-involved weekends. I'll be chugging me some Red Bull and staying nice and hyper!

i have a gay skinhead (obviously not racist)friend from the bronx who skated on some gay nyc guys roller derby team who would appear with whoever the girl's team from NYC is. I forgot all that stuff once i lost touch with him. I wonder if they are still around.

i just did some googling and the NYC girls are "the gotham girls" and the guys are "the nyc shock exchange". if you scroll down their site the dude named motorpsycho in the team picture near the bottom is who i used to hang with, retail by day, gay trad skinhead roller derby dude by night. :crazy:
