And by that I mean either pinatas filled with meat, or made from meat.

1. I'm thinking that many of you just aren't comprehending the grandeur of the meat pinata.

I mean, imagine a party favor upon which you can take out your aggressions, and which then feeds you protein of a bacon-y variety? How can not that not be a truly divinely inspired invention?

8. That reminds me of an old Far Side cartoon.

Despite being vegetarian, I have to stand up for SPAM. The ingredients list is quite short and composed of fairly high quality meat (if there is such a thing). The REALLY funny part is that "SPAM" is a contraction for "SPiced hAM" and the only "spice" in it is SALT!

10. Okay, I have to share this - which is worse? SPAM or Deviled Ham?

True story.

About 12 years ago, on a lazy day at work (well, we were all bored), someone suggested that SPAM was the most disgusting meat product out there. Someone else objected, citing Deviled Ham.

On the way home, my coworker and I (commuted together) stopped at a convenience store for gas and I went in for a V-8. I turned around, and there, before me on the shelf, was a Hormel can marked "Deviled SPAM".

I don't think they make it anymore, but that solved the debate cleanly.

Although I'd have to say that "potted meat product" is in the top 5 of most disgusting meats out there. And I say that as an avowed carnivore.
