Of course I care. And, I suppose you do deserve a little R&R. After all, it sounds like you are practically in med school. That reminds me, do you have to work with cadavers? eeek! I have a funny story about that my dentist told me, if you want to hear it.

9. No. We don't work with cadavers. I think MEDEX once put in a request to the UW Med School

to allow us to work with their cadavers. But it would have caused the program costs to shoot through the roof, and they're already pretty high right now as it is. We do get to dissect individual organs though, like kidneys and brains.

Sure, I'd love to hear the story your dentist told you. :-)

11. When he had gross anatomy, at Baylor...

the cadavers were placed, individually, in glass (in a mixture of water and other chemicals). My dentist said the cadavers would slowly rise out of the water. Well, the dental students knew that. Apparently, as they stood there waiting for the cadavers to rise, several of them fainted in anticipation. They hadn't even seen anything yet! lol

I thought it was pretty funny.
