It's been a busy day

I found a used washer/dryer on Craig's List and was the first one called about it. After driving a total of 180 miles, I finally have the like-new Kenmore pair in my basement. I had to rent a trailer to get the home. It didn't come with a vent tube, so I picked that up from Lowes on the way back. I've been going non-stop since 9am and I more than over did it today. I was so exhausted I missed a step in the back and skinned both knees. Don't ever call me graceful. x( I've done more in one day than I've been able to do in the last week. Steroids are still the only thing keeping me breathing.

I'm posting from under the covers, listening to the wind howl around this beautiful old house and have the cats keeping my feet warm. I'm beat, but life is good.

I'm still not much above 325. After a week, I should be almost normal (450+) This recovery has taken longer than ever.

It's good to say them. I have warm blankets, soft pillows and wonderful old house that was built before Lincoln was president. It's seen so much. It's a haven and I need that. :hug:
