9. They're doing wonderfully. I'm not sure I am, but they are. ;)

They've each gained over 2 pounds in the 3 1/2 weeks since they've been home, so they've managed to become full sized babies by their due date. They're also very active and alert little guys.

Is he named Carlin after George Carlin? I haven't ever heard of "Carlin" as a firstname, but I like it. :) Keith is a great name, too.

11. Sort of. I was musing over people that I might name them after,

and that one sort of popped into my head and it wouldn't leave. In the end I couldn't think of any other name that I liked better, so I went with it, after many days of indecision during which he was known as "Baby A".

Interestingly, the day I held him for the first time, we came home to find a special about George Carlin on the TV. We also learned that George Carlin died just a couple of days before these guys got their start, so maybe there's some sort of reincarnation thing going on.
