As we speak, I'm closing this transaction...from my little log cabin in the woods...with my little computer and dial up internet service...with my little telephone...all by my little self!

So much for the "masters of the universe" who are crawling all over this transaction and can't get out of their own way...it's just me in the woods with my old dog Gypsy at my side!

I was sitting at my computer early this morning typing up a deed and some other stuff and I looked out the window and looking back at me was the most beautiful red fox padding through the snow. I think he was checking to see if my cats were out and available for a meal!

I have loved practicing law but never as much as doing it from here! :-)

I've been working from home a while now. It's kinda fun taking part in a big commercial sale while in your bathrobe and slippers.

We've got a $40 million apartment complex coming up soon, maybe next month. I just hope the cat doesn't jump on my lap unexpectedly while I'm on a conference call. :o
