Ever sneeze so hard your lower back went into spasm?

My back goes into spasm. Have some pretty bad muscular problems going on. :banghead:

and my pain goes out of control. x(

If I ever get a cold and I'm sneezing constantly I have to stay heavily doped up on muscle relaxers and extra doses of painkiller the whole time.

10. when my ankylosing spondylitis was first settling in, sneezing was VERY painful...

if i didn't brace myself against something solid, it would feel like someone was cracking my spine like a bullwhip.
