I tape up before runs- nipple rubbage is like sunburn or Gonorrhea once you realize it has happened it is too late- and at the end pulling off the nipple tape is tough on the darlings.

I have seen people in each of the marathons I have run bleed through their shirts...bad news especially at mile 10
