Derek Lowe looked really good in his two innings and I'm excited to see Brian Daubach back.


Also the Sox relievers did impressively well tonight, especially Martinez (not Pedro).

Saw Whitey Ford pitch the Mayor's Trophy game vs. the Giants (recently moved to SF)
AL East is going to be good this years, Os look good too.

The A-Rod thing is over the top, but if the Sox got him I guess it would have been ok?
Boston had the best team in baseball by mile last year and still didn't get it done. What gives?

...and I can't wait!

All winter I told myself, "Not this year, you can't afford it!" But just one bad day at work and the next thing I knew I had a motel room, plane tickets, tickets to 5 Indians games (including one with the Yankees at Winter Haven), new shades, and a rental car!

Ya' gotta love the Internet!
