Zillow has the wrong house pictured at my address (the pic is of the "walked away from the mortgage"
couple's house next door. I can't seem to find a way to correct it, any ideas? I've checked the "help" feature to no avail.

I'm hoping NOT to be in the market, but relationship may force the issue soon so I want the right pic.

1. Have you tried emailing the site's admin?
the addy is probably [email protected]. And even if that's not a valid address, they probably have a catch-all box that it will go to.

4. Thanks; I tried that but it won't "stick." Very weird, it didn't recognize the addy for
more than a year after the block was built out.

BTW, I guess it's official now but we District 6ers (at least some of us, anyway) will always miss you...

Our loss is NM2's gain! :hi:

5. awww thanks!
I'm gobsmacked at the zillow chart on my old house, check this out!!

it's lost $73,000 or 36% since I sold and I think they're a bit optimistic with the $150K figure

7. Very grim here and if my marriage goes south (there's reason for hope tonight, though)
I want a much smaller place.

I think Zillow has ours undervalued (we now back up on preserve land--no way to develop it) but it's still losing money.

8. I fear it's gonna be a few years b4 PHX bounces back
and that's assuming the water holds out.

one thing about my little place here, no more houses since the water co-op won't sell any more meters

I'm sorry to hear about your marriage, I've seen you mention it over the last few months, but glad to hear you're still hanging in there

6. So I got curious and looked.
The house I sold in a very desirable Chicago neighborhood, near the lake and very far north in the city, is now said to be worth $100,000 more than I got for it. The original purchasers got transferred out of town, and their purchasers paid about $50,000 less than it's valued at now.

I hope that you get your house straightened out with zillow.

9. My House is Like That Too, BAL
Zillow shows my house the same way. My husband "claimed" the house on Zillow and typed in the notes that the house they were showing as ours as wrong. He also posted a few more pictures of the house so it would be clear which house went with which address.
