3. It's that syncopated rhythm guitar
Not quite the same on each song, but close enough that your brain started doing a little shuffle dance in your skull.

5. Well, it was just a theory.
I'm no music therapist or anything, but I make the same weird connections sometimes.

If it works for you, then cool.

:hi:

6. I got it, I think
Both lyrics not only begin w/ "I got to/two" but they scan the nearly same rhythmically in terms of phrasing throughout:

I got two hands (pause) on the sun shine

I got to run (pause) to keep from hiding

In the same melodic mode, some similarities in melody. Cool connection, CD.

7. Well now we are getting somewhere! Thank you.
That makes perfect sense.

It was one of those songs where I would hear it (in this case it's that Esurance commercial) and in my mind, the other song, "Midnight Rider" would play. The cognitive dissonance led me to ask.

This happens once in a while. I might have to post another example. :hi:

I was born here:

Oh, I spent a lot of time out there

Now I did look for the Allman Brothers version but there was no studio cut on Youtube.

Besides, Willie Nelson rocks! :spank: Much better than Rush
