Damn meth makers won't deny me my drug of choice when I am floored by the Worst Cold (Or Sinus Infection) Of All Time.

You can still get the good stuff behind the counter at the pharmacy, but because of pseudophedrine, there are limits to my freedom. Oh well, off I go, with plastic dosage cup in hand...zzzzzzzz

1. Maybe that's what I need...

I understand about how this "cold" is, or maybe it is a sinus infection. All I know is I want it gone. Is the NyQuil eradicating it, or just temporarily relieving the symptoms?

2. It's all about the relief

It dries up the nose, stops the sneezing, and helps with sleep. Only the immune system (or antibiotics if you get bacteria involved in the sinuses) can eradicate it. I don't know what this is, but it has come and gone, and come back again since the week before Christmas. x(

3. Sounds exactly like what happened to me

I was mostly healed from it just before Christmas, then visiting my parents' and both of them were sick, so I recaught it, only it hasn't gone away nearly as fast as the first time.

I took some leftover hydrocodone last week to help me sleep, but it left me exhausted the following day. I have some NyQuil equivalent here, although it's too late now to take a full dosage. Still, it should help some...

Afrin has been suggested to me for clearing the sinuses as well.
