Do cell phones exist that you can plug headphones (with a mouthpiece) into?

I always use headphones on my land phone. I'm thinking of getting rid of the land phone and getting a cell.

1. A lot of them have an earplug jack kind of thing

mine lets you plug in a little earplug with a microphone about a food down the cord... pretty inexpensive

I think both-ear headphones might be dangerous while driving as they might isolate you too much

2. I have one like that.

One part connects to my phone and I can just plug my headphones into it. It has a clamp that grips to my shirt so that the mouth piece (which is GOOD) is close to my mouth.

3. Use a Bluetooth doodad.

It's one of those things that hang on your ear that you may have seen people wearing.
You can make it talk to your cellfone.
