I reported a suspicious vehicle at the airport today...

when my husband and I dropped off his aunt for a flight.

There was a large black Hummer & nobody was in it... it was left unattended (curbside) at the international terminal.

When I called to report it, the 911 operator asked, "Does it have a large black carrier on the luggage rack?" I answered, "Yes." Then she said, "That's our police vehicle ma'am."

6. If somebody were going to do something nefarious, they'd use a vehicle that didn't stand out.

A Hummer draws attention. A smart criminal would use green late 90's Camry or something equally common and boring. A car nobody'd remember.
