How exactly do you check that?

2. Google your screen name and then look at the

urls.. most will be democraticunderground, but some will not..

the ones that are not...just click cached, and scroll until you see your name highlighted within their site:)

and a few came up, but yours is a tricky one..

Mine used to be a snap, until someone appropriated the exact same name on "that other site that shall not be named"..and then went on her/his merry way, trashing Obama and hurray-ing Hillary to the nth degree/..so now when I look, I am likely to get a schizoid mish-mash..and back in '01, someone called SoCalDemo did some election analysis that was attributed to me in error..

14. i googled my name one time and found a link to a woman's myspace page

she had a poem i had published in a national magazine (years ago) and she also included the author's name (mine). it was the best compliment i can ever remember getting (because that poem was published about twenty years before--she kept it all those years...wow)

15. I googled Derek Halfhand.

When I started using that name, only the original Berek from the novel was on search engines.

It seems there are lots of them, although, alas, probably not copies, but just a natural progression as more names are created duplicates would arise.

But its funny, lots of Derek Halfhands now, but back in the day, many years ago, it was a unique name. (Except for Berek Halfhand ofcoarse)

There is a rich couple in front of a painting sporting the Derek Halfhand label.
