11. I was two weeks overdue with LK, sleeping, when a car came through the wall, pushed my bed

into the center of the room, then pulled out and took off.

So there I am, enormous, half awake, wondering what the fuck that noise was and why there's a giant hole in my bedroom wall. Naturally, it starts raining. And my apartment management can't find the maintainance man. So next thing I know, I'm standing on a chair taping plastic sheeting over the giant hole in my bedroom in my pajamas in the rain, when I start having contractions.

Just to make this story a bit more impressively horrible, it turned out to be false labor. :eyes: I didn't have the kid for another two weeks.
