had the flu yesterday and today...god I thought I was dying
miserable!!!


going at both ends, couldn't even keep water down


ugggggg

death would have been welcome!


feeling a little better tonight, now have a frikin headache

probably from losing so much fluid so fast

3. Of course, that's also for electrolyte replacement.
I recently discovered coconut water for a natural electrolyte replacer. Dilute it and it may help, too.

4. I've been using
sea salt and water, followed by baking soda and water... works like a charm to the keep the viruses away. Baking soda alkalizes your body, which keeps the viruses away.

5. That's not the flu. That's a gastrointestinal virus.
The term 'stomach flu' is a misnomer. It doesn't exist. The flu is the influenza virus.

Your headache is because you are dehydrated. Try some Gatorade or some warm jello.
