i spent the last week in the hospital, i'm fine now. but while i was stuck in bed, i channel surfed past some music channel playing some relaxing new age-ish instrumental music... for the life of me, i cannot recall the artist. all i remember is al cali...

any hints?

I doubt if you will find the particular artist, but you will find music that is relaxing. One of the channels is nothing but birdsongs. :P

7. Ovation channel plays a lot of different music

maybe that's the channel where you heard the music
