My husband is fixated on last weeks SNL 'Obama Keeps It Cool.' Anyone know where I can find a transcript? He's going to be doing that around the house for the next year!!

Also, for me I'd like to find a transcript of Colbert's Washington Press Speech. That was Priceless.

Thank you all for any help. We're going thru a little crisis here so we're looking for some humour to keep sane.

A Barack Obama-lookalike is standing alone, speaking directly to the camera, with a facial expression exhibiting equanimity, with some jazz music playing in the background.

He speaks, with a calm tone-of-voice, "Hello. I'm Barack Obama. In the past few weeks, my transition team and I have been in Chicago laying the ground for my presidency."

(The rhythm of his speech follows that of a beatnik reading poetry or doing spoken word at a jazz bar.)

"One thing has become clear."

I wouldn't bother anyone but, we're not functioning here on any level of normal. Went to thinking I have a pulled muscle to Cancer in 16 days and they can't find the primay. I feel fine, I'm an ox. But...

I appreciate that. Not to belabor the point but, I've had over 60 tests and they can't find the cancer. I have a small lesion on my pubic bone that was biopsied and out of 5 markers only one is malignant. But, witrhin 17 days of seeing the oncologist he gives me 3 - 3.5 years to live. ??
All my tests are clean. Now they're starting me on radiation treatment.

Anyway they've damaaged my brain, my soul, my heart and my mind the way cancer could never.

MY plan is HOPE. Obama is HOPE and I intend to re-elect the man in '12. Yes we can and Yes we did and Yes I will.

I'm just trying to keep on truckin thru this insanity.
