1. At university, orchestra concerts always finished with a barrel of free beer.

The wind players (but me) always left early, leaving the brass players and me to finish it. :9

for me and my friends, anyway, but yes we had to buy our own prior to a gig...

I don't think I ever played any concert or gig sober the whole time I was there. :)

Shit, we had a keg on hand for everything. Drinking age was 18 back then.
