I'm a pretty handy guy, but I disappointed myself today.
I thought I would try my hand a building a computer.

So I got a shoe box.

I took an Exacto knife, and cut two perfectly rectangular slots in it: one for a CD drive, and then a smaller one for a 3.5 inch disk drive.

Then I went in my basement and got some little nuts and bolts, as well as some unidentifiable electronic parts that have been laying around for about 20 years. I threw all of this into the shoe box and then taped it shut with duct tape.

I spray painted the box a beige color, then I took a magic marker and wrote "Computer" on the outside.

Then, I looked at it and screamed...COMPUTE YOU BASTARD!! COMPUTE!

It only worked for a few seconds.
