End-of-year performance review, I got the highest grade
"exceeding expectations". What's better is, the pay rises are now linked to performance reviews. :bounce: Doesn't mean the pay rise will necessarily be good , just not as shite as most people's ;)

:loveya: Thanks, mason. Yeah, I've always lived with pay systems that bore no relation to anything at all. Does make one wonder what point there is in working harder than anyone else. Especially when people tell us that's how capitalism is supposed to work. Good to see you. :hug:
