Here is that they did to me:
I added text Messaging to my plan on the 31st of October, Halloween. So, for that day and the 1st of November, instead of having the 200 text messages a month I was supposed to have, they decided to only give me 7 and then start fresh on the 2nd of November with a new billing period and the whole 200. They also neglected to tell me this, and they charged me for the text messages that were sent above and beyond the 7 they had decided to allow me instead of the 200 I paid for...
it is only a $4 difference, but still the sneakiness of the whole thing pisses me off.
