I've worked at two different places before where we had "Black" days for several weeks before all of the cutting was done.

Those of us who remained were almost as stressed as those that lost their jobs, some more so, because of the guilt of keeping our jobs. Of course we had no control over who stayed and who went.

So in addition to sending you good vibes, I'm asking you to be sure and take care of yourself both physically and mentally, too.
