Tamale Blow-Back..
LOL! Not what you think.. ewwwww..

Ali and I made Tamales last weekend and I have been stuffed since Saturday. I made Chicken/Pork with homegrown New Mexico red chili's, and Ali made hers with Anaheim Green chili's with two cheeses. I have to admit that Ali's were better, but both are delicious, amazingly so for "tamale virgins". I just had three more small ones for lunch..

Must stop eating them.. Gallbladder ready to strike back.. We have dozens vacuum packed and in the freezer, I dooooomed!!!!
