Downsizing DU by combining DUers.

In the event that DU needs to be downsized, I think we could achieve it by combining DUers. For example:

elshiva + Shiver = elShiver

DS1 + SOteric = DSOteric

malta blue + BlueIris = malta BlueIris

lost-in-nj + JerseyGirlDem = lost-in-JerseyGirlDem

Any other suggestions?
