I'm in an adjustable loan at 6.5% but it will adjust to 7.5 at the first of the year...I can afford it but it will only adjust upward year by year...I owe what it's worth on my first mortgage but my second mortgage kicks me over by about 13%..I would like to lock it in at 6.-6.5% if possible but I don't really want to take out another loan to pay the closing costs...current mtge company has no solutions....any advice? bty I have never been late and my fico score is over 750
