Are your users like mine, I wonder. What they really want is for me to build the whole system, and then for them to tell me if it's what they wanted or not. And they also want it done quickly and cheap.

6. My experience is because when you try to get the details before you develop,
they respond with "stop asking so many questions, just figure it out and get it done."
