6. No, it's commonly known as flagyl
which is an antibiotic from hell. I had my first run in with it this past week due to a first ever attack of diverticulitis. I stopped taking it after three days because it was making me sicker than anything I've ever taken before. It was terrible. I continued my cipro, tho, and kept the doc informed.

1) Go get pure MSM cream from the Vitamin Shoppe or somewhere similar: (it looks like this but don't use this site)http://www.luckyvitamin.com/item/?itemKey=73038&site=google_base
2) Go to bulkactives.com and get pure Silymarin (milk thistle).http://www.bulkactives.com/silymarin.htm

Combine a small amount of each ( 2 teaspoons of Silymarin to about an ounce of MSM cream works fine, but you can play with the formulation a bit.) Use once a day on affected areas.

This worked for me.

7. I have rosacea too. I have it pretty much under control with
500mg of tetracyline 2x a day and 2 applications of Finacea cream. They are both prescription drugs.
I sometimes forget to put the cream on at night but always remember in the morning after my shower.
I'd like to get off the tetracycline having been on it for years but when I stop, the redness and the spots come back. It's very frustrating.

EUCERIN has a couple of really good products that I use too. Their 'redness relief' line is excellent and they have a cover-up stick that works really well.

I know how you feel.
