5. Some years back when TX changed their indecent exposure law

It stated genitals and your arse. Since breasts are not primary sexual organs, that made it legal for women in TX to go topless. No one knows if the legislature did this accidentally or on purpose. Most theories lean to accident because the Lege ain't known for their smarts.

6. the reason I asked was because

last Friday there I was at a pub and someone made a comment about my tattoo. I was asked to show it.

Now, we were behind this sort of half-wall and the only people who could see were one wait-staff person and the people I was with.

I lowered my jeans to expose my thigh and show my tattoo. My panties stayed up.

There's now a rumor going around the pub that I "flashed" someone.

10. How repressive society seems to be these days!

I bet the person that said that about you wanted to see it all! I think you tapped into something much deeper and also wrong about how the people in this country view sexuality, nudity, etc.

I really wished that we as a society were not so concerned with body image, while freaking out about bodies. It's just too damn contradictory. This country is and has been sending mixed messages for way too long.
