6. Sarah Palin was interviewed on tv station ABC by Charlie Gibson

and she didn't know what the "Bush Doctrine" (pre-emptive strike) was so she was trying to bluff her way through it and that is how she initially responded when he asked her if she agreed with it(i think). I didn't see the interview. :shrug:
