So I found out today that the job

I was counting on to pay my bills for the next couple of months isn't going to be employing me at the rate I expected. In other words, instead of the twenty hours a week I was expecting, I'm going to be getting five.

Granted I make a little more than the average person, but 20 hours a month isn't going to do it for very long.

I really feel the need to go home, curl up in a ball, and lay there in my own self pity for a couple of hours.

And I share this with you knowing full well that there isn't anything you can do for me. I just wanted to vent I guess.

(all summer in fact), but I was pinning all my hopes on the fact that I'd have this job to tide me over while I worked out other plans.

It's a really big let down.

can. Then I'm going to pick myself back up, dust myself off, realize that even with the meager amount of money I've got coming in I make more than people who aren't working, and get back to it.
