If we're talking just shallow looking at guys and finding them hot I'd have to say I prefer a moderate amount of chest hair and then a slight treasure trail. But if I really like a guy I don't care at all whether he has chest hair or not. I think back hair is kinda icky but, again, if it's someone I really care about back hair isn't going to be a deal breaker.

ETA: Ear hair is just gross and I would be forced to tell my SO to go see a damned barber and get that taken care of.
