the latest project--finally finished
I'm not sure the pictures give you a good idea of the colors, it's black, white, green and the black-gray-white-cammo.

I took the pictures at the laundromat right after it came out of the dryer. It is now wrapped and ready to deliver to my boss for his birthday.

4. This guy has always treated me very well
One of my other guys is a bit of a jerk, but I've been w/ Mike for 13 years now, and I just love him... hence the blanket.

3. Cool!
Very unusual design but it pulls off that military look perfectly, with the combo of the colors and the chevron pattern.

6. I think he's going to use it on his boat (read: yacht)
when I asked him about color, he said his boat was green and black.

20. well, I'm sure you can
but I also know you're an incredible busy person, so I can imagine that you don't have a lot of down-time for something like this.

I think I have too much down-time. But if it gets me to do stuff like this for people I love... I'm okay with that.

15. That's very nice!
I haven't gotten brave enough to do the zigzag pattern. I want to try, but I'm chicken. :P I'm more of a varigated yarn in a big rectangle kind og crocheter. You did awesome, though!

:applause:

18. that particular zig-zag is easier than you can imagine
you skip one st, dc in each of the next 3 st, then go back and dc in the skipped stitch.
