25. yahyah!
I was fixing to say!
I was JUST now shooting my cat but the gun's out of water and he stood there looking at the gun like "bring it", the cocky little butthead, I have to refill just to get him back for that.

6. Wait until he gets comfortable...
then pick him up and carry him around then set him down someplace random he never lounges out. I like to use the top of the fridge, random shelves in the bookcase, on the stairs, pieces of furniture. Usually my cat comes back within 10 minutes...so I repeat the process, except I choose another random location.

12. Sprinkle some catnip on the floor then pretend to want to scoop it up
once the cat has shown some interest. My cat tries to cover all the catnip so I can't get at it. What a hog he is.

had put a piece of tape to the bottom of each paw.
Our kitty was not happy, but it was sure funny watching her walk for a few seconds.

23. Actually, my mom did that years ago to our family cat.
Mom was into craftsy stuff like needlepoint, and of course the cat would get into the yarn, so Mom distracted her by buttering her whiskers. Worked every time.

33. Put a big blob of Vaseline on the back of his neck
You know that one spot they can't manage to reach? That is exactly where you want to put a quarter sized blob of petroleum jelly. It will make him absolutely nuts and when he finally DOES manage to lick it off it will help with his hairballs.

It is pretty much the same thing as Hairballs Away or Petromalt minus the added flavor.
