My poor wife... got any suggestions.

Wife comes home in a very pissy mood today (It doesn't help that the church down the street is having their "fair" and of course we can't even park in front of our own place) Anyways at this new job my wife took (because we couldn't afford gas and one of us needed to get a job in the town we live in--considering the town we live in is a ghost town for the most part and she is lucky to get the pay she is in this town.) she is in a training class with two other ladies. Now my wife is catching on faster than the other two ladies and it is making my wife feel bad because she doesn't want to make an enemy out of the other two ladies.

Today they where working in practice screens as they have done for the past week and a half. The one Lady was completely out of it today. My wife finishes first and is sitting there waiting. The one Lady is like zone out she can't remember the most simple of steps and even my wife is sitting there telling her what steps to take and she still not getting it in her head. The Trainer starts making notes about all of this and when he has a chance he pulls her (my wife) aside and is like "She's really out of it. Does she seem like she is not herself". My wife tries to give anyone the benefits of the doubt but the long short of it my saw the woman pop a pill and she did perk up and she did admit it to the trainer only because she was concern.

The woman was called into human relations office to "check" on her. My wife doesn't know what is going to happen because the Woman was allowed to return to the class however; the other woman in the class was talking to my wife and the woman and was basically telling them that her friend was fired by the company by way of a letter sent to her in the mail. Basically the letter was sent out one day. The woman went to work the next day and no one mentioned anything to her and when she got home she got the letter telling her not to come back.

My wife is upset that this will happen to the Lady today and she's going to feel guilty.

As well as the fact that she felt tension between her and the other two women--well, the woman in question and the other woman slightly.

I tried to tell her not to worry about it. To just do what she is going but I don't know what else to say. Any advise?
