I know who this one is but I have no idea who the cellulite offender is, it's pretty bad when they have to re-issue the summer dress code to make sure people don't show up in halter tops. Come on, where do these people come from, I didn't even think that was acceptable when I was 20 and cute.

I did too many curls when I was young, and then I got chubby... chubby + muscles = FAAAAAAAT-lookin arms.

But it's okay! Cause I try to keep them hidden. Won't even wear long-sleeved shirts if the sleeves are too tight.
